Lisa Andersen is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Art History, Visual Art and Theory at the University of British Columbia. Her dissertation, tentatively titled: “Mobility, Mutability and Media: Courtly Space and its Translations in the School of Fontainebleau” examines the movement of forms through different media in early modern France and beyond. Lisa was co-editor of the 2013 volume of the UBC Graduate Art History Journal Wreck, which focused on “Processes of Change: Translation, Metamorphosis, and Conversion.”
